The availability, scope, pricing, and delivery timelines of specific services may vary. The terms of an individual proposal, quotation, statement of work, or service agreement may supplement these Terms.
If a separate signed agreement conflicts with these Terms, the signed agreement will govern the conflicting matter to the extent permitted by law.
3. Eligibility and Acceptable Use
You may use the Website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
You agree not to:
- Use the Website in violation of applicable laws or regulations.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, accounts, or data.
- Interfere with the security, performance, or availability of the Website.
- Introduce malware, malicious code, or other harmful material.

- Submit false, misleading, fraudulent, or unlawful information.
- Use our services to distribute spam, deceptive advertising, or prohibited content.
We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect the Website, our users, or our legal rights.
4. Inquiries, Proposals, and Client Engagements
Submitting a contact form, requesting a consultation, or communicating with Advertigents does not automatically establish a client relationship or guarantee that we will provide services.
A client engagement may require a separate written agreement describing the applicable scope of work, deliverables, fees, payment schedule, responsibilities, and other conditions.
You agree to provide accurate information and cooperate reasonably when requesting or receiving our services.
5. Fees and Payments
Fees, payment terms, billing frequency, and any applicable taxes will be communicated in the relevant proposal, invoice, checkout page, or service agreement.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
- Payments are due according to the stated invoice or agreement terms.
- Advertising spend payable to third-party platforms may be separate from our service fees.
- Additional work outside the agreed scope may incur additional charges.
- You are responsible for charges incurred through advertising accounts or third-party services that you authorize us to manage.
Any deposits, cancellations, refunds, or payment disputes will be handled according to the applicable written agreement and relevant law. No refund is guaranteed unless provided by the applicable agreement or required by law.
6. Advertising and Marketing Results
Digital marketing results depend on multiple factors, including competition, market conditions, advertising budgets, website performance, audience behavior, search engine algorithms, platform policies, and the quality of client-provided materials.
We will perform agreed services with reasonable professional care. However, unless expressly guaranteed in a written agreement, we do not guarantee specific search rankings, traffic levels, leads, sales, conversion rates, revenue, return on advertising spend, or other business outcomes.
Forecasts, estimates, case studies, testimonials, and past results are illustrative and should not be treated as a promise of future performance.
7. Client Responsibilities
When engaging our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and timely information.
- Supply the content, assets, approvals, and access reasonably required for the agreed work.
- Ensure that you have the necessary rights to use materials supplied to us.
- Review deliverables and provide feedback or approvals within agreed timeframes.
- Comply with applicable advertising, consumer protection, privacy, intellectual property, and other relevant laws.
- Maintain appropriate access controls and security for your accounts.
Delays caused by missing information, delayed approvals, or circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect delivery schedules.
You remain responsible for the accuracy of your business claims, offers, product information, and other materials supplied for publication or advertising.
8. Third-Party Platforms and Services
Our services may involve third-party platforms, including search engines, social networks, advertising networks, hosting providers, analytics tools, and software services.
Your use of those platforms may be subject to their own terms, policies, and privacy notices.
We do not own or control third-party platforms and are not responsible for their independent decisions, outages, policy changes, account suspensions, pricing changes, or modifications to algorithms and services.
Where third-party advertising accounts are used, the applicable platform’s billing, approval, and advertising policies continue to apply.
9. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the Website and its content—including text, graphics, branding, design, and original materials—are owned by or licensed to Advertigents and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may access and use the Website for personal or legitimate business information purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, or commercially exploit Website content without prior authorization, except as permitted by law.
Ownership and permitted use of client deliverables, campaign assets, designs, code, and other work produced under a paid engagement will be determined by the applicable service agreement. Third-party assets remain subject to their respective licenses.
You retain ownership of materials you provide to us. You grant us permission to use those materials only as reasonably necessary to perform the agreed services, subject to our agreement and applicable law.
10. Confidentiality
Where we receive confidential business information during a client engagement, we will handle it in accordance with applicable contractual confidentiality obligations and relevant law.
You agree not to disclose our confidential information except as authorized or legally required.
Any additional confidentiality, data protection, or non-disclosure obligations should be documented in the applicable agreement.
11. Website Availability and Accuracy
We aim to keep the Website available and its information reasonably accurate. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that all Website information will always be complete, current, or accurate.
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue Website features or content when reasonably necessary.
Information on the Website is provided for general informational purposes and does not constitute legal, financial, or other professional advice tailored to your circumstances.
12. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Website and its general informational content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
Nothing in these Terms excludes any warranty, consumer right, or protection that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Any additional warranties or service commitments must be expressly stated in the applicable written agreement.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Advertigents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, or for loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities, data, or goodwill arising from the use of the Website or services.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct, death or personal injury where such exclusion is unlawful, or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
Any further limitation of liability applicable to paid services should be stated in the relevant service agreement and comply with applicable law.
14. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to be responsible for claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of the Website, your infringement of third-party rights, or materials you provide that violate applicable law or third-party rights.
This provision does not apply to the extent a claim results from Advertigents’ own unlawful conduct or other circumstances for which you cannot legally be held responsible.
15. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or restrict access to the Website where reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, misuse prevention, or protection of our rights.
Termination of paid services, outstanding payment obligations, delivery of work, and any applicable refund rights will be governed by the relevant service agreement and applicable law.
Sections that by their nature should continue after termination—including intellectual property, confidentiality, liability, and dispute-related provisions—will survive where legally applicable.
16. Privacy
Your use of the Website is also subject to our Privacy Policy, available at:
https://advertigents.com/privacy-policy
The Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information.
17. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any updated version will be published on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
Changes will apply from the effective date stated in the updated Terms, subject to applicable legal requirements. Your continued use of the Website after an update does not override any rights that cannot legally be waived.
18. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are subject to the laws applicable to Advertigents LLC and its relevant business operations, without disregarding any mandatory legal protections that apply to you.
Any dispute will be handled by a court or other competent forum with jurisdiction under applicable law. Nothing in this section removes any mandatory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection legislation.
Before publication: Confirm the intended governing law, jurisdiction, and dispute resolution arrangements with qualified legal counsel.
19. Severability and Entire Agreement
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain effective to the extent permitted by law.
These Terms govern general use of the Website. They do not replace a separate signed agreement governing specific services.
